Tokens
Tokens purchased on Atopos are prepaid digital access rights.
Once tokens are successfully delivered to your account, they are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time via your account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund past charges.
Billing issues
If you experience a billing issue, please contact Support and provide your transaction identifier (such as a Stripe payment ID).
We aim to respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days.
