Tokens
Tokens purchased on Atopos are prepaid digital access rights. There are no accounts and no recurring billing — every purchase is a one-time transaction.
Once tokens are successfully delivered, they are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.
Billing issues
If you experience a billing issue, please contact Support and provide your transaction identifier (such as a Stripe payment ID).
We aim to respond to billing inquiries within 2 business days.
